Royal Enfield is ready to enthrall the Indian biking community with multiple new motorcycles in the 350cc as well as the 650cc segment

Royal Enfield is all set to launch a slew of new motorcycles in the Indian market in the coming months. In the last few days, multiple bikes have been spied during their test runs. The home-grown bike maker also has elaborate plans for the upcoming EICMA 2024 in Italy, where it will unveil a couple of all-new products including the highly-anticipated electric motorcycle. In this piece, we have compiled all the Royal Enfield motorcycles spied testing in India and are due for a launch very soon.

1. 2025 Royal Enfield Hunter 350

The Hunter 350 facelift was spotted near the brand’s factory in Tamil Nadu by our friends at Overdrive. Though the 2025 Hunter 350 will not witness a major overhaul, instead it will get subtle updates in the form of new color choices and fresh graphics. The halogen headlamp unit will be replaced by a modern LED setup in order to enhance visibility.

The suspension will also get some retuning to make it more efficient than before. The instrument cluster could also be updated to make it appear more upmarket. However, mechanically, the 2025 Royal Enfield Hunter 350 will be identical to the ongoing model with the same 349cc single-cylinder engine at the helm of affairs. The official launch is likely to take place in Q1 2025.

2. 2025 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650

The Interceptor 650 has been on sale in India for the last 6 years as it was first introduced in 2018. Needless to say, it is due for an update and recently the new model of the motorcycle was spied testing in near-production form. The spy images show that the 2025 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 will boast of a new single-pod instrument console, borrowed from the new RE bikes such as the Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450.

The 2025 Interceptor 650 will continue to carry the telescopic front suspension instead of the USD forks that we have been noticing in the modern Royal Enfield bikes. It will retain the same engine and transmission setup from the current model while it is slated for a launch in the first half of 2025.

3. Royal Enfield Bullet 650

Royal Enfield is working on a 650cc version of the Bullet and don’t be surprised if it arrives in the market by mid 2025. Recently, the Bullet 650 was spied in a production-ready guise and reports further claim that it will carry the same chassis as the Shotgun 650 and Super Meteor 650.

Some of the notable features expected with the upcoming Royal Enfield Bullet 650 are circular headlamp, single-piece seat, wire-spoke wheels and teardrop fuel tank. It will be powered by the same 648cc parallel-twin engine with a 6-speed transmission. The Bullet 650, upon its launch in India, could be the most affordable 650cc bike in Royal Enfield’s arsenal.

4. Royal Enfield Classic 650

It is almost known to everyone that Royal Enfield Classic 650 is under development and it will be launched soon in India. This got a stamp of affirmation when a production-ready mule of the Classic 650 was spotted in the UK a few weeks back. A few unverified reports have claimed that the motorcycle will debut at the EICMA 2024 alongside the Bear 650 and Flying Flea electric motorcycle.

The spy image captured in the UK shows that the Classic 650 will have a very identical layout to the ongoing Classic 350. It will carry the same 648cc parallel-twin engine as the other 650cc motorcycles of the brand. The biking aficionados could see it in flesh at the Motoverse 2024 in November in Goa.

5. Royal Enfield Himalayan 650

Apparently, Royal Enfield is also planning to roll out a bigger version of the Himalayan adventure motorcycle. A couple of months back, the first spy images of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 650 surfaced on the web and it was believed that the motorcycle could be launched in the second half of 2025 in the Indian market.

The spy-shots further suggest inclusion of split-seat setup, single exhaust pipe, 20+L fuel tank, all-digital TFT instrument cluster with integrated Google Maps and music controls etc. among others. It will draw power from the tried-and-trusted 648cc parallel-twin engine with a 6-speed gearbox. The Himalayan 650 would directly lock horns with the Kawasaki Versys 650 and Benelli TRK 502 in India.

6. Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bobber

Royal Enfield is working on a bobber version of its highly popular Classic 350 motorcycle, revealed the leaked patent images earlier this year. Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bobber has also been spotted on roads during its test runs. It is pretty obvious that the bobber version would feature substantial cosmetic updates over the Classic 350.
